2. What we do NOT collect

We do not collect precise GPS location, your contacts, photos or camera access (beyond a screenshot you explicitly choose to attach to a bug report), health data, or biometric data. We do not store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Apple or Google, and we never see them.

Elevenside shows no advertising of any kind and does not use advertising SDKs, ad identifiers, or cross-app/cross-site tracking. We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers.

3. How we use information

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share limited data with the service providers who help us run Elevenside, each acting under their own privacy terms and only for the purpose described:

ProviderPurpose
Apple Inc. / Google LLCSign-in, app distribution, in-app purchase processing
Amazon Web ServicesHosting our backend and database (EU — Frankfurt)
Cloudflare, Inc.DNS, CDN, and network security in front of our servers
Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.)Crash and error reporting
RevenueCat, Inc.Observes purchase events for reporting only — RevenueCat does not process or complete your purchase; that is handled directly between you, the store, and our backend

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Codevine, our players, or the public. If Codevine is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

5. International data transfer

Our primary infrastructure runs in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Some service providers listed above process data in the United States under their own compliance frameworks (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). By using Elevenside you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

6. Retention & deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we anonymize your personally identifying fields (display name, email, sign-in identifiers, devices) within 30 days, while retaining non-identifying match-history aggregates and a random reference code — this is necessary so other players' match histories stay intact. Purchase records are retained for 7 years to meet financial and tax record-keeping obligations, regardless of account deletion.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion; we do not sell or "share" (as defined by the CCPA) personal information, so there is no opt-out to exercise for that.

You can delete your account and its personal data at any time from in-app Settings, or by emailing us at the address below.

8. Children's privacy

Elevenside is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it. A parent or guardian who believes their child has provided us personal information can contact us to request deletion.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls on our infrastructure, and OAuth-based sign-in (Sign in with Apple / Google) so we never see or store your password. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above, and where appropriate, an in-app notice.
