These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Codevine, Inc. ("Codevine", "we", "us"), governing your use of Elevenside (the "Game"). By creating an account or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must meet the minimum age required by your app store and your country's law to create an account without parental consent (typically 13, sometimes higher). If you are old enough to use the Game but under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf, including anything related to purchases.
Subject to these Terms, Codevine grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Elevenside on a device you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Codevine. You may not sublicense, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Game.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and sign-in credentials, and for all activity that happens under your account. One account per person. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Elevenside includes in-game currencies ("Coins" and "Diamonds") and virtual items (player cards, cosmetics, and similar). These:

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google, through your app store account, and are subject to that store's own payment and refund terms and policies — Codevine does not process payments or hold your payment details. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or the policies of the app store you purchased through. To request a refund, use your app store's standard refund request process.

Violating this section may result in warnings, feature restrictions, or account suspension or termination, at our discretion, without refund of any purchased virtual currency or items.
The Game, including its software, design, artwork, player cards, crests, and branding, is owned by Codevine or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. Anything you submit within the Game (team names, club names, chat messages, feedback) grants Codevine a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and moderate that content within the Game. You are responsible for content you submit and must not submit anything unlawful, infringing, or offensive; we may remove or edit such content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time from in-app Settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (virtual items having no cash value, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we do not guarantee any particular matchmaking outcome, drop, or in-game result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Codevine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, goodwill, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Game is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $100 if you made no purchases. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer protection law provides mandatory rights that cannot be waived, in which case those local rights apply. Before filing a claim, please contact us — most concerns can be resolved directly.
If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply and take precedence over any conflicting term above with respect to Apple:
If you downloaded the Game from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, and purchases are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
